Here we go…Im ramping up my training again, in preparation for smashing my Fitness Goals in 2014!
*2 x 15min (with two crutches) walks at the gym
*1 x 30min ‘water-walking’ in the pool
*1 x 5min ‘one crutch’ walk at the gym (a bit of an epic fail at this point to even do it…I feel/look like a drunk trying to balance lol, but Im working on it!)
= over 1 hour of walking, in the past week
..plus my weights/other elements of my gym workouts thrown in, and boxing/mini-tramp at home
If I can keep this pace up, my Fitness Goals I have planned for 2014 will be SMASHED before I know it!
